Return Policy
- Processing
- Our team will approve for Return/Replacement.
- If customer want to Return/Replacement the product with any reason, So first of all customer have to apply for Return/Replacement within timeline.
- Once we approved, then our team will share you the products links through email to select form them.
- Condition
- Product must be in same condition as customer receives it at delivery time.
- Customer can claim the replacement for one time only.
- Requirement
- Require each side package image with label images to make sure the products is purchased through Mobifry.
- Product box & content images, which is received at delivery time.
- Issue, why customer want to return/replace the product.
- Shipping
- If customer is applying return/replacement:
- Customer needs to pack the item very safely using bubble wrap or anything else.
- Customer needs to send package images through email, where we approved return before handover to pick up courier boy.
- If customer is applying return/replacement:
- Timeline
- Customer needs to apply Return/Replacement within 5 working days.
- Once our team verified the application,We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/replacment and let you know if the refund or replacment was approved or not. If refund approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too and If replacement approved then you will get your replacement within 7 to 10 days, If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return/replacement, please contact us at mail: customersupport@onecart.co.in
